Your primary care physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant can determine how much weight you need to lose to help select which option is best for you. Decision-Free™ Diet (Medically Supervised Low- or Very Low-Calorie Diet)
Ideal for those who need to lose 30 pounds or more This option promotes fast weight loss under medical supervision and includes a structured, easy-to-follow, and filling diet using HMR Shakes and Entrees. Additional meal replacements, such as pudding, nutrition bars, soups and cereal may be used as well. Participants attend weekly classes and receive midweek phone calls for individual support from the health educator.
- Healthy Solutions® Diet
Promotes slower, more moderate weight loss offered with or without medical supervision. This plan includes a structured, easy-to-follow, and filling diet including HMR Shakes, Puddings, Soup, Entrees, Bars, Multigrain Hot Cereal, and fruits and vegetables of your choice, plus weekly classes and midweek phone calls from the health educator provide on-going support.
- HMR at Home® Diet Kits
Offers two do-it-yourself weight-loss kits, each with a complete collection of HMR diet foods, weight-loss tools, and tips.
